Navigating the television menu and accessing room service online was a nightmare - it was impossible to order food online and access Netflix. Guests ought to be able to access room service online through the hotel in service television network. The parking lot was dark - it can use more lighting especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered at Sally's by the Harbor is expensive - patrons should have the option to purchasing breakfast items à la carte instead of $50 per guest for breakfast."
