"Horrible"

"Pictures look different than what you actually get. First I will say the number one reason we booked this place was price then location. We went to Universal Studios and it was very close so that was worth it just for that. The room was tiny for 2 adults and 2 children even with 2 beds. The room was sooo hot the whole stay. The bathroom was left open and the AC was not on so it made the room hot and even with the AC on the whole time the room stayed warm the whole time. Also I wish they wouldn’t...

"Rooms were prepared with sufficient toilet paper and soap. Ac works well and keeps the room cold. Beds a bit hard but manageable. Showers water temperature adjust well for hot and cold. They don’t have irons or hair dryers, that you would have to prepare. Location sits near a 7-Eleven and a nice restaurant for quick eats. Close bus stops if you know where you’re going. Overall great if you don’t plan to stay in during the day and just want somewhere to sleep."

"The room itself was so nice and clean the only thing that our hotel room didn’t have was a working fridge we left water bottles over night to cool and when we woke up they were still room temp.its okay tho overall our stay was nice would book again"

"I was expecting more to this place. Probably the pics are better than the actual place. Upon making reservation, I asked for connecting rooms because I have teenagers. I was told it’s doable. Upon arrival I was told no available connecting rooms. I was really disappointed. Not the nicest encounter with the female receptionist. Oh well lesson learned."

"We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed and a highlight were the fresh pastries in the morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was never an issue and the area was fairly quiet. Several restaurants and cafés in walking distance."
