"We booked this hotel just to sleep after Universal Studios Horror Nights since the event ends at 2am and we didn’t want to drive far. It’s about a 12-minute drive from the park, which was perfect for us. The hotel is small but practical. The front desk was clean, and the man there was very kind and helped us quickly. One thing I really appreciated is that they don’t have a strict check-in cutoff, which worked great since we arrived around 3am. The room is small but functional it had a mini fridge, TV, and a bathtub with hot water. The lighting wasn’t the best (a bit dim/yellow), but overall it worked for what we needed. Parking is free, which is great, but it’s limited (only about 6 spots). When we arrived, it was full, so we had to park on the street. The front desk let us know that was okay, just that we needed to move the car before 8am. I set an alarm, moved it early, and was able to get a spot by then. We did oversleep a few minutes past checkout, but I really appreciated that the front desk called the room to remind us instead of just charging extra 😭 that was super thoughtful. Overall, I liked the customer service, and for the price, it’s a good, convenient option!"

"This is an amazing hotel that has great reviews for good reason! It This isn’t the newest,or the biggest,or the most beautiful. Most of Burbank has older hotels,but In my opinion this one stands out. The hotel is in great shape,there isn’t an inch of it that isn’t immaculate. We had a regular room with a king sized bed and wet bar. It wasn’t the most glamorous room we’ve ever stayed in but it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t like that there was only a shower but such is life. I was very happy that we stayed here,and would stay again in a heartbeat. It’s nice,clean,safe and the staff is amazingly friendly. We ended up renting a vehicle because the shuttle was full when we needed to take it. Parking at the hotel was easy although it does cost $25 per night. The hotel was close to a few restaurants,within walking distance. Tally Rand was a neat restaurant that we had breakfast at couple of times that was very good. "

"I asked the cleaning lady to come back later to clean my room. I left for the day and came back late and my room had not been cleaned. "

"One of the light switches was totally, nasty, dirty. I tried cleaning it with hand sanitizer, but could not remove all the mess. "

"The motel was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly enough. In the end, it is just a motel but was nicely kept and very clean. Be aware that the parking is very tight for larger vehicles."

"Front desk not friendly at all. Hotel needs major structural remodeling as they semi remodeled rooms but not doors. All the breeze and small animals come in from both sides of the doors. There was a caterpillar in my room. The beds are hard and the room needs new paint and All doors have to be replaced. I don’t think I will stay here ever. It is economical but you pay the price with all the discomforts. "
