Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. "We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. "We stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful time. Food is delicious, staff are welcoming and helpful, rooms are very comfortable. Our 6 year old son had a fantastic time at the pools and playing in the games area with new friends. Nice and close to a small shopping centre if you want to step out. But not in an overly busy area. Perfect for families. "

"Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!"

"Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Bluck aufs Meer. Sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, das Drum Herum ist aktuell nicht sehr einladend und das große Hotel nebenan wir renoviert und man hat somit Baustellengeräusche. (Hier wäre eine Info vorab sehr schön gewesen) "
