Staff was hgreat. My only.issue is the A/C vent and air return vent were very dirty. I think that when room are being cleaned the vents should also be looked at and dust be removed.

Hyatt House San Juan
The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The free shuttle to Old Town was a fabulous perk! Breakfast options were good.

Food, staff, the pool, the beach, was amazing!! I wish the balcony was a bit bigger as it is kind of scary. But I would definitely come back here! 10/10
