Arrived very early to the hotel (10am) so knew the room would not be ready. After a wait to be seen by the unhurried reception staff we told them of this and they stored our large cases for us and said they would send us an email when the room was ready. Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Went on a mother daughter trip and really enjoyed this location. Definitely need to rent a car if you want to do more than hang at the beach and pool. The beach was perfect.
