"My experience with Jorge was exceptional. He communicated with me before, during, and after my stay and stayed on top of everything—I had no complaints. I stayed in the Marc Anthony room, which was clean, spotless, and well-lit upon arrival. The shower was hot and clean, and standard toiletries were provided. "We stayed one night before our cruise. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. The common areas for guests were also clean. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area."

"We had such an amazing time at this Hotel. The room with the private Hot Tub was perfect for us as a couple and was extremely relaxing after a long day of adventuring in Puerto Rico. The staff is also amazing and will go above and beyond to accomodate guests. I have nothing but praise and positive things to say about this place. The location is amazing as everything is close by. "The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there. On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!"
