"Was in the room for about 1 hour, no tv, no hot water,smells moldly. Definately does not look like the pictures they show, at least not the room I had.Maybe should be re named to Nightmare Miramar. Asked to change room and they said it was fully booked. Went online and still showed availability. Had to end up booking a different hotel for the weekend. Definately not going back."

"Our room was not ready by 3pm. The woman at the front desk told us to give her three minutes to finish up receipts she was working on and never communicated with us on how long it would take for our room to be ready. We sat there for an additional half an hour while she ignored us and never updated us about anything. She acted as if we were not even there. The room and hotel is old and there was no body wash in the dispenser so we had to use shampoo to wash with. Not worth the $200+ price tag we paid for a one night stay."
