"The room we got did not look anything like the pictures on expedia. There was no chesterfield and no coffee table. We booked a room with two single beds and one double bed for three people. We got a trundle bed and not two singles. We tried to use the shuttle from the airport but the number they gave us did not work, the number listed on expedia for the hotel did not work so we were stranded at the airport until we were able to send a text to some one else at the hotel to tell the office to...

"We loved having the shuttle to Venice and the airport available to us for a little extra cost. It saved a lot of time, headache, and energy!! We also enjoyed hanging out with the bartending staff in the evenings. They were so friendly!"

"Very convenient train station, and not far from airport"

"Easy 20 minute bus ride into Venice. The bus stop is just across the hotel and a bit down towards the gas station. Nice, clean property in a quiet neighborhood with a view of Venice from the terrace. The lobby was done up nicely as well as the back patio. Shuttle bus to and from airport was an additional charge, but available. The front desk staff and bar tender were friendly and spoke English."

"This is the last time we'll stay here unfortunately. We had good experiences before. This time, the fire alarm went out each night, we were told because someone was smoking in their room. The manager didn't know how to turn them off. This severely affected us for the next day. There were some other minor problems, including not checking for and telling us when our baggage arrived late from the airport. We had to hunt around and find them ourselves."

"Secluded even though it's by the airport. Pretty, but middle of no where. Bugs will come in if you use the patio. Power went out at one point. No taxis at night so can't get anything done."

"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport."

"What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! I chose it because of its location to the train station and the bus station - we were there just 1 night before our flight home. The rooms have recently been updated and it was lovely! The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy and the best shower we had in our 2 week trip. Plus we had a canal view! "First of all the location is mere steps from the Piazza San Marco and getting to sit by the window and watch the gondolas and the people going about their day was cute. I love the bottle of champagne that the hotel provided for me and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I didn't take a water taxi to the hotel but I did take one when I transferred to my next place and it's definitely easier than lugging your suitcase through the streets.
