"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. "We arrived to the room simple enough after getting off the Aguilana. It was a short 8 minute walk. We were greeted by Enrico and he was pleasant. We were excorted by a porter who took our bags to the room. We stayed in the Annex, which is out the door to the left or to the right behind the main hotel and bakery. It was easy enough to find. "Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."
