"Terrible"

"It was okay! I liked it because it’s close to the beach and across from the zoo. Their rooms and washrooms are old, at one point the fan on the ceiling in our room was dripping down water. That was kind of gross. I am not sure if I’ll stay there again."

"Hotel rooms were nice, big and spacious, and the staff was overall friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and it was nice that they gave coupons. Parking was amazing and on site! Didn’t mind paying for the location. However the biggest complaint I had was that the rooms did not get cold or even cool. It was warm even with the ac blowing at 60. I did call the front desk to see if I could switch rooms and instead they sent the security guy up to verify it wasn’t cooling. Once he did, he said...

"Location, location, location. The housekeeping was great, front desk was helpful and overall a great stay. My only complaints were the lack of amenities in the rooms. It's 2026 and the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in room was disappointing. Also, while not in hotel management, I imagine it's relatively cheap to get some way to access streaming services on the tv without having to bring a laptop and hdmi cable.
