"Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and well appointed. The lovely balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay there. The bar was a great place to hang out on the evenings. Loved every bit of it. Had a problem in the room but it was quickly taken care of by the staff. Will definitely go back"

"Location was good , clean rooms although poor lighting.Tea , coffee and filtered water replenished daily , when asked for spares at the desk they had no extra stock , breakfast was good , some staff on the front desk could be more helpful . Overall would stay again purely for location."

"Lovely breakfast. Large clean room. However the room discription on expedia that I booked for upgrade does not exist so dont waste money on upgrade ( extra $100). Young man working in hotel lobby was delightful and very friendly. "

"Was in great location. Note if you plan on using Uber they cannot get you all the way to the hotel you are better off with taxi. Staff always seemed too busy for questions, need a designated concierge or something. Room was very small with few amenities for a 4 star. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything except on the floor, and the whole room had little lighting or places to put anything. Was also not quietest hotel i have been. You could hear all the noise from the hallways."
