A delightful stay

The hotel is not very large, but it is well-run and the staff are truly kind. It was a perfect place for a family of four with young children. I would highly recommend it for family trips, and the breakfast was excellent!

There was a lot of road noise if I had the window open as my room was at the front of the hotel. The bedding was satisfactory but nothing special The decor was a bit tired and the room was basic but sufficient

noisy room, just next to the reception and passage area near to the entrance of the hotel blind were not working light were coming inside whole night as well as through the room door from reception

Excellent hotel… we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit. The staff were wonderful and really helpful. The extra bit of affection always makes a big difference which you only get from family run hotels like this one.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The family suite was amazing - the website didn’t do it justice! It is two rooms off a separate entrance with 2 bathrooms. My kids loved the bunk beds. Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. Breakfast was huge and delicious and they catered splendidly for vegans. I needed a nap after breakfast I was so full! A very convenient location - we came by bike and cycled to the beach and shanklin.

Best hotel in Sandown

Very friendly service from the moment we arrived. Very clean & comfortable room. All standard amenities included. Free breakfast options from cereals to continental & full English as well. We had the full English wich was very well cooked. Definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Great Stay

We had a pleasant and stress free stay with clean room and premises. Quiet location and parking on site. Nice breakfast served as per our requirements. Callum and Mrs Callum was very friendly and catered well as per our needs. Provided us with extra fan in our room as it was warm. They were even flexible to let us use the fridge and microwave to store and warm up the food we bought and even let us use the plates and cutleries. An enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable stay!

Came to the IoW for the first time. We were four including two small children. Chaston Manor Hotel is very comfortable, superb service at check in, high level of cleanliness and the highlight - a superb breakfast (just what you need to get started). Very well located and will highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was still off season and a bit quiet but the manager was very welcoming and made me feel an honoured guest. Everything is at walking distance so very convenient!

Friendly staff and hearty breakfast in good place

The gentleman who checked me in and served breakfast (so sorry that I don't remember his name!) was just so friendly, positive, polite and helpful. A real asset to the establishment. Breakfast was extremely hearty (to avoid food waste, some portion sizes could maybe be made smaller with an offer that people can ask for more if they want ie. one hash brown and one slice of bacon with the full English and then people getting more if they wanted but that is just nitpicking!). The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. I would say it was quite an expensive stay but I assume that goes with the "supply and demand" nature of it being bank holiday weekend on the island. Great location, a short distance from Sandown main attractions/beach and ample parking. Really lovely!
