"Nohga Hotel is a good place to stay in Kyoto. It’s near to some of the attractions. The bakery offers great food. Amenities of the hotel are excellent. The room is on the small side with the bathroom vanity on the hall no separate like normal hotel rooms. Not much space if you have a lot of stuff. Overall a good hotel focused on eco-friendly stuff. "

"Great location. A short walk just outside Kyoto Station. Clean,safe hotel with excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. 711 convenience store in the 1st floor as well. Many Kyoto excursions depart just opposite to the hotel. Short walk to Aeon mall. You would need a very short bus ride from Kyoto station to get to the Gion district. Totally recommended. "

"This is a great choice for a stay in Kyoto. My mother and I stayed for three nights and, especially for the price, it felt like excellent value. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and explore. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything was quiet and well-kept. The bathroom was clean and nicely designed, and the easy online check-in made arrival seamless. A small but appreciated touch was the complimentary coffee and light bites in the lobby after 2 PM. There were only two downsides. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Even with a private network per room, it was often too slow to stream Netflix or other video apps. The breakfast was also a bit overpriced for what was offered. We’d recommend skipping it and heading out to enjoy Kyoto’s incredible food scene instead. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. We’d happily return and would recommend it to others."
