"Sadly too many guests do not know how to behave in an airport hotel. Stop slamming doors and talking loudly in corridors. Its not hotels fault but there are no signs reminding people to respect others."

"Great Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff and geat location from USJ, one train stop away. The train station is across the street from the hotel so very easy access. The amenities were really nice: Onsen was so nice and relaxing. We also did some laundry and tried the massage chairs as well. Great views from restaurants and observing deck. Would stay there again for sure! The rooms were large and we had 4 twin beds perfect for kids and adult alone sleeping!"

"Love the room with the river view and likewise the breakfast area with the same view. Did not like the tiny space provided for hanging clothes. Love that the train station is so close to the hotel. Few minutes to walk there. Plenty of restaurants, really good supermarket."

"Hotel held our luggage before the 3pm check-in time so that we can explore the area upon arrival. Within walking distance from the Rinku Town station and Seacle Mall and Premium Outlets at Rinku Town. Room is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities. Free guest access to the onsen overlooking the sea with big outdoor area and sauna. Breakfast was enough and the staff was extremely welcoming."

"Really great hotel. Lovely staff who have upgraded us for our honeymoon. The view was stunning. We could see rinku town ferris wheel in the morning and the river side. The location was great! The room was clean and modern an had everything needed. I would 100000% recommend!! Thank you for a great start to our honeymoon!"

"Clean and huge room. Do note that there is a shower cubicle in the toilet (aside from the bathtub), which was great as we were initially worried the elderly would need to climb in to take a shower. Breakfast was however not fantastic and not worth the money."

"The views were spectacular, breakfast was gourmet everything, staff was so friendly and helpful, location right next to the train, shops, and restaurants can’t be beat. Free airport shuttle made getting to the airport so easy. "
