"Ice machine wasn’t working. Had to pay to park at the motel. He didn’t say anything about coffee in the morning, noticed it when I checked out. Had to ask twice about the wine for the room."

"Liked the fireplace in the room but did not like no A/C. Got too warm & no way to really cool off other than the fan which didn't do the trick. No Kleenex & not enough wash cloths."
