"I can't remember staying at such a wonderful hotel (other than a resort) as the Inn on Alameda! The breakfast was restaurant quality and included in the price of the stay. We didn't eat or drink at the bar but it looked amazing. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting Santa Fe!"

The pull out couch mattress was old and worn out. The kids did not enjoy sleeping on it. The room itself was clean and we did like that it had a mini kitchen. "

"The heating was a problem- the room boiled at night because the thermostat was outside in main area - we had to open the windows in December to try and cool the room- every night ! The thermostat kept resetting itself … ugh The room too small for the bed and a real lack of electrical outlets "

"Front desk staff often not well informed and there was attitude a couple times instead of courteousness. Cleaning staff making loud banging noises by letting hotel room doors slam shut. Unsafe curbs of uneven cement between hotel stairs and parking area. Rooms dark, poor lighting making it hard to see when packing. Otherwise it’s a nice place with beautiful decor and close to plaza. "

"Room was clean, staff (other than front desk) were friendly and helpful. WiFi was slow and cable tv wasn’t the greatest selection of channels but we weren’t there to watch tv. The breakfast was the best “continental” breakfast I’ve ever had as there is a kitchen and while the menu was limited, the food was fantastic as well as the coffee. Sadly on our trip there was road construction going on day and night for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I spoke to the Supt. of the road crew who apologized...

"This was our best stay on a two month road trip. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this hotel and would give it six stars if I could. The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Soriano for her help and friendly smile. We loved the evening happy hour, especially when it was on the upper patio. "
