"I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...

"Kokoa Hotel in Peru is ideally located just a few minutes from the main square, with plenty of great food options nearby. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the rooms spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. "We loved this hotel - the property itself and the location were perfect. The rooms and breakfast were amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! I would not recommend obtaining a massage at the adjoining facility, however (though in your own room would probably be fine). The massage was great but unfortunately the associated massage facility had some hygiene issues. "

"The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....
