Relatively closeby to the JR station, Family Mart and 7-11 closeby. Only have staff there from 3-11 pm. Room was spacious - no TV, only pay per view. Not alot of outlets to charge your devices. Room was never cleaned the whole time I was there (5 days), maybe because this is a no frills business hotel.

Very sad experience of last day at Sapporo

Room Carpet was very dirty with cigarette hole and hair dryer etc... everything in the room had poor sanertary status I think. Smells in the bathroom was so stinky. Most of all window was so dirty and spiderweb was in there

禁煙のお部屋をリクエストしてましたが、喫煙しか空いておらず、初日は消臭剤でなんとか乗り切りました。翌日、スタッフの方がお部屋の消臭作業をしてくれたので、臭いが気になることもなく、快適に過ごすことができました。施設、設備の古さはありますが、ポットやレンジも備え付けてあり、便利です。

ドッグフレンドリープランで予約したが、喫煙部屋のツインルームで、ゲージもなかった。タバコの匂いはもちろん、壁や絨毯はシミだらけ、TVやデスクにはホコリが積もっていた。人間よりも敏感な犬には決して適さない部屋だった。ベッドのスプリングが体にあたり寝心地も最悪。スタッフも、部屋も清潔感が全くないホテル。もう利用することはない。

ペット同伴で申し込んだつもりだったのですが、ホテル側はペットなしになっていましたが当日にも関わらず、同伴の部屋に変更して頂いてとても助かりました。

浴槽にお湯を溜めて入った後に、栓を抜いたら流れずに浴室に逆流した。全体的に薄暗く、清潔感も無いので、居心地はあまり良くないと感じた。良いのは立地だけ。

受付では、名前を探すのに手こずり、あったと思ったら呼び捨てされるし、室内はどこもホコリがかぶっていて、しばらくだれも出入りしてないのでは？！のレベル。ベットはまだキレイだったので寝るために取ったと思えば半日くらい我慢できましたが、2度と使いません。

機能的に足りていないところはないですが、備え付けのカップの蓋が埃まみれだったり、コンセントプレートが外れかかっていたり、ベッドに備え付けのスイッチ類のところがカバーが壊れていたり、マッサージ機がボタンを押しても動かなかったり、トイレットペーパーはどう考えても設備に対して大きすぎるペーパーで全然くるくる回ってくれず取り外してペーパーを巻き取る必要があったりなど、そんな感じの部屋でした。とはいえ空気清浄機は動いていて変な匂いはしなかったし、バスルームも普通で、ベッドは清潔です。機能的には足りています。

房間裏有按摩椅，而且住宿能近車站，以地點而言價錢實惠。唯一美中不足是，因為稍遲才預訂住宿，只剩下吸煙房可以選擇，但吸煙房的煙味相比起相對近酒店的吸煙房濃烈得多
