"This hotel was okay. The room was very small with two queen beds. The bathroom was tiny and the vanity and sink were in the bedroom which I find weird. I found the room to be damp. The carpet in the halls was very old and did not appear clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet, Todd, was exceptional and Zane, the bartender was GREAT! The drink tokens given at check in work for mocktails as I don’t drink. However, they did not make up for the EXCESSIVE fees charged by the property including a $25 per night destination fee. This is ridiculous. The hotel was fine for two nights but I probably would not stay there again. I expected much more from a Hotel Indigo."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful - We wish we had stayed there the first night. Clean, and in a good locations - the Concierge was amazing and super helpful. The valet folks were also amazing and so was the front desk -- they were so responsive and friendly. We would definitely go back and stay there."

"Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!"
