"Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly."

"The location was close to the airport but the unit had some wear and tear. For the price it was ok for one night. There was a fair amount of street noise early in the evening but that seemed to settle down after 10:30. It met our needs for an early morning flight."

"It was great"

"The apartment was in a perfect location for good transport and for visiting the main attractions; most within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and at night, very quiet. "

"I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!"

"Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man nicht gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte man ein anderes Zimmer wählen. Der Treppenaufstieg ist steil und schmal. Immer wieder gerne wieder."

"Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow."

"The apartment was in a good location. The overall size was smaller than I anticipated. The worst part of all was the mould smell in the bathroom. There was no ventilation extraction (a small window in the shower which was not sufficient) and the smell was overbearing, essentially the whole bathroom smelt of mould, it could be smelt in the whole apartment. There was a duvet on the double bed which was not big enough to cover the bed. It did not have a cover and was stained, so rather off putting....

"We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was perfect. The location was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and enjoyed a great outdoor market about 10 minutes from the apartment on Sunday. Check in was easy and quick. The representative met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival and communicated with us through what’s app. Apartment was clean, air conditioned and had free wifi. I would highly...
