"Clean, friendly staff, had everything we needed. We usually spend most of our time outside of the hotel, exploring the area so we really only need a place to lay our heads. This place was perfect for us."

"The room and bed were very comfortable. The plumbing had an odd noise that would start up but not from our use of the water. The staff was okay but every time I stepped up to the customer service counter I did not feel like I was the priority."

"I just stayed one night. Checked in at 8:30pm and there was apparently only 1 person working the desk. He was called to a room to deal with an issue and 3 people were waiting to check in. I waited 10 minutes without knowing what was going on. The hotel should really not leave just one person to deal with the entire property. It seems unsafe and risks clients having frustrating experiences. other than that, everything was just as I expected."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at The Blake at Scottsdale. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave, along with nice, cool AC. The location was great, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the large pool and relaxing jacuzzi. The workout room was a plus and helped me stay on my exercise routine. I would definitely...

"Just finished a ten day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice property with excellent grounds/exterior areas. The hot breakfast was a good way to start each day and they varied some of the hot items daily. Room was comfortable. Could use better lighting ( bit dark inside) and some insulation in the walls ( occasionally could hear the next room people talking). Staff were very good as we did have a couple of issues which they looked after quickly and to our satisfaction. Really...

"Trisha the Manager was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the floors were clean! I've stayed in many hotels where the laminate flooring never feels clean. It was clean! Rooms were spacious and the grounds of the hotel were clean and pride has been shown to keep it looking that way. The breakfast could have used stronger coffee. Ha! We will stay here again!"

"Very clean and large two bedroom apartments with everything that you could need. The large swimming pool, playground and outside toys were a huge plus. Love the barbecue areas and hammocks.too Close to everything, malls, restaurants, and golfing. Will definitely stay here again."
