Hotel murah di Seaton Burn

"Perfect spot to stay as we dropped our son off at Uni. Helpful, friendly staff and clean rooms"

"The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night"

"Modern and clean hotel"

"The hotel in general was excellent, with the large family room we had booked having 2 comfortable double beds. However, the evening food in the restaurant was not good at all, and the breakfast was mediocre at best."

"Good breky"

"We had a really lovely stay at Jesmond Dene Hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a quiet, peaceful escape."

"Generally the stay we had was good. Room was fine apart from the fact the carpet could do with a deep clean. This didn’t spoil our stay as we never walk around any floor without shoes. Breakfast was good and in plenty of choice. Maybe the etiquette of hotel staying could be better as some very inconsiderate guests have no consideration regarding the noise they make very late at night. Great location for Metro Centre and very close to bus stop for Newcastle. We had a lovely time."

"Room spotless if a little dated. Public areas comfortable & updated. Food pleasant surprise on quality. Bar staff friendly & helpful"

"Really spacious clean room. Bathroom a bit dated and shower not very warm. Great location and parking facilities. Cracking view of the river from the room. I got an email offering a deal on breakfast. On paying at reception I was told it didn’t include VAT for the breakfast which was extra which I thought was a bit misleading. Other than that nice stay."

"Well situated to train station, Eldon Square shopping centre, Grainger Market, Bigg Market’s bars and some nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was decent although paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower, so definitely needs a room refresh."

"We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back!"

"Great place and pleasant staff. Would and will stay again."

As returning guests, we always enjoy staying at this hotel. It has become one of our preferred choices whenever we visit the area for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Hannah, the General Manager, Lisa from the dining room team, and the lovely lady who takes care of keeping our room clean and tidy every day. "A slightly dated and tired hotel. Rooms were spacious and bar staff helpful."
