"We checked in to find a plate of cookies in the lobby to snack on. The pineapple decor everywhere is colorful and fun, complimented by the entertaining video wall in the lobby. Our room was comfy and had plenty of everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were in walking distance of the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, the Rep Theater, great restaurants and more. We loved our time at The Maxwell!"

"I really liked that this hotel was located in a very central location. We took the train from the airport to the Space Needle then the hotel was a 5-6 minute walk from there. We then used the city bikes to take the 15-20 minute ride down to the Pikes Place Market . The buffet for breakfast was great, lots of options, and the room and lobby was nice. We also used the gym which had good equipment. Overall, when I go back to Seattle, I would go back to this hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers.
