"I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home about, but few hotel pillows are. The owner was friendly, as were the guests I met. I stayed in the back part of the hotel. "This property is very close to Beaver Lake and has a great view. It had a nice pool and parking right outside your door. It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor."
