The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. "Such an incredible stay at Flor de Bromelia! It's a family run hotel and everyone was super helpful and attentive. Breakfast was different each day and the views are amazing, and we even saw monkeys in the trees and round our cabin. It's 10 minutes to walk downhill to town and really easy to get a cheap taxi back. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was a wonderful stay and we'd love to return! "

"Need to remember the check in and check out are at the immersion Spanish school. The place was fabulous. Superb view, very cosy apartment, nice bedding, had all the amenities we needed. Certainly recommend the place and we will come again. We checked in late and staff was very generous to be there late."

"Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. The couple that run the place looked after us very well. Breakfast was delicious. There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains."
