"They have. A free shuttle to and from aseoul Stastiin which is awesome because the train from Incheon airport is a must , I think, for me. The rooms were clean although I canr really open the curtains because once u did.. u see people who are working from the bldg beside it"
HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG

"Stayed as a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids aged 9 and 16 years) in a 2 bed suite, for 3 nights in July 2026. We found the hotel easy to access, super clean and friendly staff. The room was on the 20th floor with a Namsan View - looking towards the Namsan Seoul Tower. It was spotless, modern, spacious and very comfortable. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge and microwave, plus a washing machine, dryer and clothing care cabinet. Laundry detergent sachets were available to buy from reception, cheaply. The only drawback was limited crockery and cutlery for the size of the room. The location was great. Close enough to walk to Cheonggyecheon stream (1-min!), Gwangjang Market, Myeongdong and night market, However far enough away to escape the crowds and constant hustle and bustle. When we didn't feel like walking, it is really close to at least 3 underground stations (Euljiro 3-ga, Euljiro 4-ga and Jongno 3-ga). There is a roof terrace which is great to view Seoul in the evening and a small supermarket outside reception which was well stocked. We didn't use the wider hotel facilities such as the games room or screening room. The staff were friendly and helpful, organising a taxi for us to the airport."

"Convenient location, close to everything. 10 min easy walk from Seoul station, the hotel is located in the middle of gastronomic heaven with tons of cafes and restaurants. Quite a small rooms but enough for comfortable stay, super clean and well maintained. Decent breakfast is highly recommended. Super helpful staff. Self storage for your bags in case you need to keep it after the check out. Bottled water in the room, mini store right at the hotel door and 7-11 in 1 min walk."

"Very close to everything. Myeondong is about 13-15 minute walk. Easy walk. Arrived early and they were able to accommodate us and hold our luggage. Had my 1 yr old and it’s children friendly. Would book again."

"The hotel is centrally located with the Lotte shopping mall just downstairs. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it is just amazing for convenience. I would say that its very expensive and we didn't opt for breakfast this time. We had to pay extra to use the traditional Korean spa so we didn't use it this time either."

"The one bedroom family unit was perfect for our family of 4, with one queen bed and one king bed. The location is great, with walking distance to Namdaemun Market and other key central soul attractions. The property is very clean and well maintained, and it's great that they have a pool on site. One modest complaint is that we did not love breakfast. Some items didn't seem fresh (For example, the cereal is placed in open air bowls, so it gets stale quickly, and the bacon tasted old). Also, the dryer took forever and wasn't effective. The dry cycles were 4 hours, and we needed two to dry each load. The units also have a single unit for washing and drying, which also adds to laundry time. Overall, though, it's a great lodging option with excellent service."
