"The staff was great and very accommodating to our situation (sick baby). The breakfast buffet was yummy and I ended up going back for thirds 😂 The ondol room was great for a crawling baby who wanted to explore. No need to worry about her falling off the bed and I was able to keep an eye on her the whole time with no worries. "

"I booked a Premier Suite Twin for my friend and I. The room was super spacious and clean and included several wonderful amenities, such as a sanitization closet, in-suite laundry, and a freezer! The gym was clean and in good shape, and the hotel is well-located as well. Just a short walk from a subway station. Definitely excellent value for money! Only downside is that there were no options for breakfast to be included in the cost paid, (it was an extra daily charge). Additionally, my friend had an interaction with a front-desk employee who seemingly didn’t speak much English, which made communication difficult, (a hotel is the one place while travelling where you would not expect this to be an issue). Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hotel The Botanik to others travelling to Seoul :)"

"The room is nice sized and clean but the water pipe line makes so much noise and it disrupts my sleep at night. Other than that my stay was good."

"The room where clean and had a great location ... only that. the temperature on the room was kept at 28-30C the whole day. it was so hot to be on the room to sleep or rest, but ofcourse the lobby where the employees where at was kept nice and cool. however there was no sitting area to be able to sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool air. if you tried to sit on the restaurant empty chairs they would kick you out saying in private property.... but i guess the hotel doesn't own the restaurant that is didn't next to the check in counter. won't comment to stay here at all if you are planning to go during late spring or summer time. "

"Good size room, especially to be in the heart of Myeongdong. Loved the location, good for shopping, restaurants and food market and good access to 2 different subway lines. Beds were super comfortable. Overall, great stay"

"You really can't be more ideally located to subway, bus stops, and Myeongdong Street. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The only minor thing was there is only elevator that goes from 1st/ground floor to the rooms, but I'm sure nothing the staff can do anything about."

"The room is spacious which is rarely seen in Seoul and there’s daily housekeeping change bedsheets, towel and replenishment of 2 bottles of water. Although is not a new building/hotel it’s clean and well maintained. Airport Bus 6015 is so convenient stop right in front of the hotel."
