"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. "No instructions for the room amenities. We didn’t know if the water was free and had to ring 5 times for someone to answer. We then found the seal for the water was already broken. When the person next to you in the bed moved the whole bed rocked. There was music playing outside until 11pm. Someone tried to get in our room at 5am. Had a very bad night sleep."
