"Do not stay in room 102 unless you want to never sleep !! Due to all loud elevator traffic being directly across from your door. Or the 5:30 am banging of kitchen staff preparing breakfast directly behind wall above your beds. Humidity seeps into room because the entire buildings Ac units are housed directly outside your windows and your window units sucks it all into your room. This room was a big disappointment to our entire stay !!"

Aircon was strange, put it on 62 and 15 or 20 min later it will come on, Rosen I called it in but it’s a sporadic and somewhat broken aircon, please fix.
Wasn’t a fan of Yale locks to access the community shared facilities, felt like a hostel and I’d greatly appreciate live person. This is no way a 5 star establishment."
