"The check in process was a bit odd. Was being asked about when I booked and other weird details when I had the booking confirmation in front of me and the booking name etc. The room was absolutely fine, the bed was so comfy, the shower was nice and hot and spacious, there was air con which was an absolute godsend. The music from downstairs wasn’t too loud so didn’t need the ear buds but nice touch! All in all a very good cheap stay! Would be perfect if you didn’t hear people opening and closing...

Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. "Well I expected this to be a great experience, I paid for a top room with a balcony and river views.
Even upgraded to kitchenette but the experience was really really terrible and to make matters worse the hotel just ignores you.
I have emailed and emailed with complaints to follow up on my complaint at the hotel but no one cares.
Perhaps this isn’t a hotel of UK people just international guests who will never visit again.
