"My kids loved the pool! The staff at the front desk helped get us information about the trolley schedule and made us feel welcome. We’ve always stayed in a cabin when visiting Gatlinburg, but this lodge is a budget friendly option that keeps you within walking distance of many attractions. "

"The check in was very easy and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Transportation to the indoor waterpark was quick and we never waited more than 5 minutes. The pool area was amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. Food was available for a price but I was willing to pay so as not to have to leave the pool area with the kids. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A perfect getaway "
