"We had 15th floor ac struggled since its an older property. Maintenance personel tried there best but everything is old….. Everyone was nice but its a bit outdated."

"Staff was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Allowed our daughter to “adopt” a black bear that she got to take with her and keep. The room itself was more like a motel than hotel or lodge. The door did not feel secure, and some of the outlets weren’t working. The pool and hot tub was fine, but it has seen some better days."

Had the TV not working been the only ordeal we faced I would’ve given a better score but the sewer backing up into the sink on the 3rd floor was just terrible! They moved us to another room quickly which was the thing to do but we overheard another family discussing the same issue with them but they were told maintenance was called and that is all they could do for them. Maybe they were out of...
