"The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It certainly gives you the money's worth. Staff were all very friendly! Everything is spacious, the room, bathroom, closet space. Breakfast was good as well, they had all kinds of international food there. The main dished were Chinese, but you had the sides like waffles and pastry. I don't know, but chowmein was so good >.<"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Shanghai Disney! The location is perfect—just a short drive from the park, which made getting there with kids super convenient.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a fun (and tiring!) day at the park.
One of the highlights for us was the beautiful environment—the hotel is right next to a peaceful river,...
"I am very surprised when the receptionist said Expedia has not contacted them and sent any payment confirmation. This happened again.
I just faced this issues last week. I think it’s okay for next itin.
Fortunately hotel allowed us to stay caused of the deposit. So i have to spend time to solve this problem.
Hotel overall is okay, facilities are very good. But very bad experience with Expedia."

"Nice place close to Disneyland Paris with free shuttle to and back. Room was adequate and clean when we arrived, only downside was that the walls are thin and a gap underneath the door to room meaning you could hear the other guests when in the hallway as well as a loud metal door. Also included a free drop off to the airport which was lovely"
"It was a pleasure. Breakfast was nice.. other than getting lost from taxi cabs. Make sure your cat knows where he’s going. We were dropped off twice and the cat dropped us off at a different location. Luckily the building is tall and lit it up. We were able to walk and find it. If you’re looking for something close to Disney, this is it but if you’re looking for a luxury expensive hotel, this is not it. It was something good for something short period. People are super nice. "
