"For Sheffield the Jurys Inn is pretty decent, central if you're heading out and need somewhere to fall into in the early hours. I did however stay at the Birmingham one a few days before this trip and the Midlands version is just superior. Nothing groundbreaking but little things like not having an omelette chef at breakfast or a mini fridge in the room or a better shower just puts it below it's midlands cousin. "Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"
