Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"

"We had a lovely overnight stay on a Sunday evening. The staff were nice and we were given a free upgrade to a Privilege room which was very big and quiet. After a morning swim, I enjoyed a tasty breakfast from the buffet. The only negatives were that the plug in the bathroom didn't work and the decor was a bit tired. However, this is to be expected with older buildings to some degree. There are also beautiful rooms in the old manor such as the library and lots of places to sit in the main...
