"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted...

"We choose not to partake in the breakfast because we decided to leave. A person was threatening another with their life and banging/kicking the guest's door so loudly. We packed up and left the hotel immediately around 530am"

"The stay itself and the property were amazing. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and I didn't need much from them. The area where the hotel was located was not a good area at all, with a lot of road construction as well. However, I felt like the property itself was secure and it was gated, so I felt good at all times."

"The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast."
