"If you need a clean and beautiful place to stay in St. Petersburg, look no further! My stay at Mint was absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was consistent and fast. Virtual check-in was super easy, and the location is right in the middle of some of the best restaurants in the downtown area. I spent my second day at the beach, which was only 16 minutes away. This place felt like a second home and had everything needed from in house laundry to utensils. Comfortable bed and super clean....

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a...

"Walkable area. Loved the pool area. Dory was very informative regarding the area. We had a miscommunication at check in but was later resolved with G. Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???"
