"The checkin counter staff at night are not hospitable. There was mold on the chalk in the shower. The carpet and sofa had stains. The soap dispenser in the washroom was empty. The checkin staff at night need to be retrained on how to address clients and be more kind."

"À la llegada me cambiaron las habitaciónes , las habitaciones no era lo que esperaba y/o pagué , restaurant italiano bueno en general , personal atento , pero lamentablemente las instalaciones en general no modernas , para ser un Radisson blu y como conozco varios en el mundo , deja mucho que desear , no lo recomiendo !"

"The place was clean, it looked so nice much nicer than the first hotel we had and it had plenty of room there was a super market across the way the airport is only 10 mins away and had a washer dryer in unit. The host George was very friendly and accommodating. I would book this place again if it were closer to Giza but for the price we paid in rideshare it was worth ever penny booking. This was the best choice for a room before we left back home"

"This is a new hotel in Giza. It's about 15 minutes by car to the pyramids and the museum (about an hour from the airport).
It's a stunning hotel, newly built, with great pool areas, well equipped gym and a huge selection for breakfast.
It is in a business park setting so there's nowhere around to walk/get dinner/local vibes etc. If that's what you're looking for then stay elsewhere, but if you want to relax in a modern, clean hotel then this is your place."
