"The room was decent. Fought with the bedding though- it’s all tucked into itself and was hard to get comfortable. The tea and coffee in the lobby in the evening was nice. I enjoyed time there watching a basketball game. The breakfast was ample, good coffee "

"The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The concierge also held my checked bag while I traveled to Switzerland for the week. The room was clean and comfortably. The Harbor view was amazing. The shuttle was a blessing and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to/through Boston. Also theres an ATM on site which is an added bonus."

"I was totally impressed. Oh and not to mention the view from my room of the Bridge. Speechless!"

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "

"Walking distance to nearby Convention Center. Not alot of foot traffic, especially evenings/late nights, but area felt safe. Great full kitchen. Quick cabride to/from airport, so beware drivers taking the long way to run up the fare."

"It wasn’t bad, just mediocre as far as amenities. The rooms have a fridge, small coffee maker, but I don’t use the coffee maker. You have to go through 2 lobbies, 2 elevators to get to your room. Again, just mediocre. "

"The hotel is under the construction so it is quite inconvenient. The elevator is quite slow. The fridge was unplugged and there is no clean ambient spaces for the lobby area. The room is quite new and clean. "

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic… until you attempt to fall asleep. Check-in was very nice at the front desk. The restaurant and bar were very fancy and had good food/drink options. The room looked nice upon arrival. When attempting to sleep though, it was terrible. There was a service elevator behind my bed, so I head that every time it went up and down. The room was set to 68 for temp, which was nice, but it got so hot in the room at 1:30 that I was sweating and had to take all covers...
