"The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well."

"We had a wonderful stay in a modern, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The staff at the lobby front desk, bell desk, housekeeping and breakfast are exceptional. Suiren restaurant dinner with our friends was amazing and thank you to our concierge for making the arrangement. Loved the welcome gift of sweets and the nightly evening turn down service with chocolate and chamomile tea provided. Japanese breakfast is amazing. Location is central with easy access to the subway. We wish we could have...
