"Room was very dirty. Rust everywhere. Throw pillows were used for the bed. Mildew/mold in shower. Sink sounded like a freight train. Bar tender was the front desk receptionist- she wasn’t happy about it. Best part of the room seemed to be a newer refrigerator. Breakfast was your choice of fruit loops, Cheerios, blueberry muffins(stale), toast, milk, and coffee. You get what you pay for. lol."

"When I walked into the room I immediately noticed that it was clean and it smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. The desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and offered many choices. The woman servicing the room was friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. The location was convenient to the Space Center which we were visiting. We had a good stay!"

"Jennifer at the front desk was so sweet and helpful as much as she could. The floor in our room was really dirty and the drain in the shower was clogged. We asked for maintenance but they never came. We went to the pool bar and ordered drinks and food. The chicken salad was amazing and had a ton of chicken cooked and seasoned properly. The shrimp cocktail was nice and cold and fresh. Now to our drinks, we had a Piña Colada and a Tito’s and soda. We couldn’t taste alcohol in either. So we ordered...

"Our AC was broken Our TV was broken No one was able to fall asleep with it 76 in our room. They finally switched us to a new room at 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast was also terrible."

"This was the perfect stay for our vacation. Everyone was so friendly. Everything was so clean. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. I would recommend this for 1 night or 1 month. It is definitely deserving of a return visit for our family."
