"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"This is the rough side of Shreveport. The parking lot smelled like weed and my room smelled like cigarettes. The staff's focus is not customer service. You are in their way. It is next to a police substation but there are still homeless walking around."
