"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Perfect hotel. excellent for staying and enjoying entertainment. You can spent all day in this hotel, gambling at casino, shopping and eating. All in one building. Near cbd, southbank..just walking a while. The best hotel, want to back again"

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Great location and every staff member was kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we have a toddler who is just learning to walk and it was the perfect space for her to walk around and explore. The lolly buffet was appreciated at the end of the day when walking the city. I will stay here when visiting Melbourne in future. "
