"Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. "Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire. "Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. La struttura è ubicata in una zona veramente bella e le stanze sono confortevoli, comode e con la possibilità di cucinare. "Great bed and breakfast-style apartment! We spent two nights there -- 2 adults, 3 kids. The people running it were very friendly and accommodating, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the WiFi (and CC machines/phone lines) were down when we were there, which was frustrating, but that isn't the fault of the apartment itself -- it was due to some public service issue. The AC was great, too, and the breakfast allowed us to save time and money by not having to work out breakfast somewhere, and...

" Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening."

"Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par le lieu! La chambre est belle, bien équipée avec de belles attentions ! Une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le cadre est superbe ! Le seul bémol serait que sans la ville à côté tout n’était pas ouvert mais nous avions prévu ce qu’il fallait pour manger. Je recommande et c’est une adresse que je vais garder!"
