"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! "

"We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable — we felt at home straight away. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the owner was very attentive and welcomin. The only difficulty for us was that food isn’t permitted in the rooms, which unfortunately wasn’t stated on the booking site when we made our reservation. As our son has special dietary requirements, this made things a little challenging...

"Bed wasnt level it , it dropped to one side so when you lay down you could tell, it was also very creaky so every time you moved it would make a loud sound, the toilet/bathroom door wouldnt close from the outside which ment the cold draft and light would come into the room at night and with the door next to the bed it wasnt ideal, there was also a damp patch on the wall this was noticed by the huge bubble in the paint work "

"The entrance is not very secure. Anyone could get into the hotel. The stairs to reception are very tired, stained carpet, needs a makover. Had an issue with my room, the staff moved me to a new room straight away. The room was fine, clean bedding, good pillows, tv, bathroom clean, fluffy towels. Guy on reception was really helpful. The entrance and stairs really let the hotel down. Its in a really good location overlooking the sea. But was a bit noisy from nearby pubs, but nothing major."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful, but we were woken in the night by a confrontation in the night shouting and what seemed a fight on the landing this was very frightening to my wife, which we considering getting dressed and leaving, we wil never return "
