"Room was clean but corners and under bed were rather dusty. Wish there was a microwave in the room. And hot water dispenser in lobby so one can get a cup of hot tea. The beds were OK. Just stayed at same named property in KY and the beds were super comfy and pillows firm. The other issue is there is no complimentary breakfast. "

Toilet paper holder broken and tank lid was from another model so didn't fit. Cigarette burns on fixtures in "No Smoking" room. Window air conditioner poorly installed with large gaps."

"Horrible place and horrible customer service accidentally clicked the wrong date for check in and my wife and kids were turned away or have to pay additional 150$ to get a room and loose the 140$ already paid for room"

"The place was clean and it was in great location, but you may want to call to make sure there are any events going on. There were people in the parking lot partying, playing corn hole, kids running around in the parking lot until mid night. Could hear everything though the walls and couldn't sleep. Customer service couldnt do anything to accommodate."
