The food was so bad that we left the resort to eat several times, even though we paid for an all-inclusive stay. Pool chairs were hard to find, and you had to pay extra for shaded beach chairs, which should have been included. The towel system was also frustrating, and fresh towels were difficult to get. "This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever."
