"The location was good even though it’s not on the main road. It’s walkable to the other casinos in the area. Staff was professional. Room was clean."

"Check in was 3pm. Came at 3:45 and room was not ready. was told it would be another hour and in 1/2 hour they called us that the room was ready. "

"Didn’t use air conditioner, parking was limited and one night had to park next block in a parking garage. Room was pretty clean just a few things that needed to be better. Outside door was messed up, did shut but would stick when opening cause it was falling apart in the lock and opening area. Mimi fridge could be used but would freeze everything and had a lot of frost and ice build up on freezer part. I’ve seen worse rooms but I’ve also had tons better. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the silver Legacy. It was very clean. The beds were fine pillows too large and hard for me. Restaurants were a little overpriced. I did not enjoy the smoke coming up from the casinos in the common areas."

"Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it"
