"I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was so nice. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room was so clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and is close to a lot of shops and very walkable to city center."

"Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction."

"The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!"

"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, en plein centre de Sa Pa. Le buffet déjeuner est varié mais le menu est le même chaque matin. Ce qui laisse vraiment à désiré est la propreté. Notre chambre était correct en terme de propreté mais sans plus. Nous avons reçu 2 fois des taies d’oreiller sales que nous avons dû changer, Nous avions aussi une fenêtre dans notre chambre mais aucun rideau. Nous avons fabriqué un rideau avec des serviettes pour cacher la lumière du matin. Ce ne serait un hôtel où...

"We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center...

"the hotel is in a very good location pretty close to the town center and the staffs were really nice friendly and professional the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area they helded us a lot the room was exceptional spotlessly clean and the view of the Lake and town center and the mountains was brilliant we will come back soon to Sa Pa and would stay in the same hotel thank you"

"Had a large room at the front of the hotel with views of the Sapa hills. Worth a few extra bucks to wake up to that view each morning! The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked and lots of variety. Used the laundry services a couple of times, visited the rooftop pool. The hotel is on the edge of town, it is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of grab cars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!"
