"Everything was great except it was a real shame that when we arrived about 1 hour after check in, our room was still not made up and the bed was a mess."

"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

"Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "I really enjoyed my stay!! The staff was fantastic!! They did such a great job with answering my questions and helping me. Very friendly!! The room was so clean!! The location was close to restaurants! Everything was amazing!! I would stay there again for sure!"

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."
